What restaurants ask us
Is Qnack just a QR menu?
No. The QR menu is one part. Qnack keeps ordering, the kiosk, the business dashboard for your team and courier deliveries in one flow.
Does every restaurant get the same delivery and payment options?
No. Pickup, delivery, delivery area, minimum order and payment methods are set per restaurant.
Does Qnack replace our POS?
Qnack is the ordering and operations layer. We assess a POS integration case by case and don't promise a replacement without a technical check.
Is a courier's location always shared?
No. Only while the courier is online and has allowed location. In the browser sharing stops when the screen locks; in the Qnack app it continues with the screen off if the courier allows ‘Always’. Couriers can pause sharing or go offline.
