Delete your account

In the Qnack app, open Profile, choose Delete account, review the retention notice and confirm. Your profile, contact details, addresses, credentials and social-login links are anonymised immediately.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.

Data retained by law

Order, invoice and payment-accounting records may be retained for the applicable Belgian statutory period. They are restricted to legal, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute-handling purposes and are not used to recreate your profile.
